A new SaaS platform called Snaarp 360 is targeting small and medium-sized businesses burdened by the cost and complexity of juggling separate tools for email, file storage, project management and customer relationship management. Launched in late October 2023, the platform consolidates more than 20 applications under one login and one subscription, with entry pricing for individual services starting at £2 per user per month.
One login instead of many subscriptions
Software sprawl is a common cost driver for smaller companies, which often pay separately for messaging apps, cloud storage, CRM systems and productivity suites. Snaarp's pitch is straightforward consolidation: rather than stitching together tools from different vendors, businesses get a single platform covering functions such as Snaarp Mail for custom-domain email, Snaarp Drive for cloud storage, and Snaarp Projects for task and project tracking. Founder and CEO Sarah Victor Ariyibi-Oke says the goal is to bring enterprise-level capability to smaller organizations "without compromising on affordability or functionality."
Built around AI-assisted workflows
Snaarp describes its platform as "AI-native," meaning artificial intelligence is embedded across the suite rather than bolted on as an add-on feature. Examples cited include AI-assisted email composition within Snaarp Mail and automatic meeting summaries in collaboration tools. The company also references "workflow intelligence" and "human-in-the-loop automation," terms that generally describe systems where AI handles repetitive steps while a person reviews or approves key decisions. Victor Ariyibi-Oke frames this as a shift from simply selling software toward supporting data-informed decision-making, though specific performance metrics or independent benchmarks for these AI features were not provided.
Context: underserved markets and prior experience
Victor Ariyibi-Oke previously built a digital education platform that reached learners in more than 190 countries, an experience she says shaped her focus on accessible digital tools for businesses in Africa and the Middle East - regions she describes as historically underserved relative to Western markets with more mature tech infrastructure. Jasper Kingsley, an organizational development consultant based in Johannesburg, said the single-subscription approach helps businesses "remain agile without falling into debt from multiple subscriptions."
What remains unverified
As with many early-stage SaaS launches, claims about cost savings and productivity gains are based on the company's own framing rather than independent audits or third-party user data. Prospective customers evaluating Snaarp 360 should weigh standard considerations for any consolidated platform: data portability if they later switch providers, the depth of each bundled tool compared to dedicated single-purpose alternatives, and how customer data is handled and secured across an integrated AI system.
